I went by train from Sussex to visit my friends Chris and Barbara in St Neot for a week-end. On Sunday they took me on an excur­sion with picnic basket to Tal­land Bay and Pol­perro. Fasci­nating places - a wild, rugged coast and an utmost pic­turesque fishing village, experi­enced on a day with no other tourists around.
